یه موردی برای من پیش میاد و میگه نمیتونه سرویس رو راهندازی کنه .

سلام خدمت همه دوستان و تشکر ویژه از آقا فرشاد بابت معرفی قابلیتهای پنهان وی پی اس.
من و یکی دیگر از دوستان (آقا فرزاد) هم مشکل آقا مهدی را در همین مرحله داشتیم و دقیقا همین ارور که آقا مهدی عکسش را گذاشته را دریافت می کردیم که با راهنمائی که اقا فرشاد در جواب پست شما کرد متوجه شدم دلیل ارور چیست و با کمک help ویندوز به راهنمائی زیر رسیدم و طبق این راهنمائی عمل کردم و تغییرات را انجام دادم (من هر سه فایل iprtmgr.dll وmprddm.dll و wanarp.sys را در پوشه و درایو مربوطه در ویندوز سرورم داشتم و تنظیمات امنیتی این فایل ها را هم طبق راهنمائی زیر انجام دادم-البته فایل wanarp.sys تیک های آن طبق دستور العمل تیک خورده بود ولی به صورت پیش فرض تیک خورده بود و من نمی توانستم تیک آنها را عوض کنم) و سپس کار را از اول مجدد شروع کردم و وقتی دوباره به همین قسمتی که قبلا ارور آقا مهدی را دریافت کرده بودم رسیدم سرویس RRAS به طور خودکار استارت شد و لیستی که آقا فرشاد گفته بود ظاهر شد ولی کنار نام سرور من در ابتدای لیست نماد سبز رنگ به وجود نیامد و قرمز بود و بقیه کارها را هم طبق بقیه دستورات به طور کامل انجام دادم و نهایتا کانکشن هم ایجاد کردم ولی نمی توانم کانکت بشوم و ارور 800 را دریافت می کنم و پیام ارور می گوید نمی تواند کانکشن vpn را ایجاد کند شاید سرور vpn غیر قابل دسترسی است یا تنظیمات امنیتی به درستی برای این کانکشن ایجاد نشده است.
البته من حدس می زنم همان قسمتی که علامت کنار سرور سبز نشد کار درست پیش نرفته ولی نمی دانم چرا لیست را برای من ایجاد کرد؟؟؟
آقا فرشاد لطفا راهنمائی بفرمائید.

در ضمن این کار را هم کردم باز هم درست نشد:

احتمالا بخاطر نصب بودن همزمان پروتکل IPV6 هست
باید بری تو رجیستری ویندوزت ،(start->run->regedit) بعدش مسیر زیر را پیدا کن
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\currentcontrolset\servic es\remoteaccess\routermanagers\IPV6
این پوشه IPv6 رو باید پاک کنی و ویندوز را ری استارت کن
این هم متن فایل help که من طبق دستوراتش عمل کردم:

   • If the file does not have permissions, add the Read/Execute permissions for the System account.
3. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers and verify that the file wanarp.sys is there.
   • If the file is missing, repair or reinstall the Windows operating system.
     Caution: Repairing or reinstalling the operating system might require reconfiguring the server.
   • If the file is there, check the permissions on this file to verify that it has Read/Write permissions for the System account.
